Student Access Help Information

Click here to access Student Access.

Student accounts are created using the following formula:

  • Student ID number is their log in name

  • Student birth date (yyyymmdd) will be their default password and they will be forced to change this on their first login

When students first log in after changing their passwords, they will see a request to enter their email address into Student Access. Students need to do this as it is the only way they will be able to reset their passwords should they forget them.

Students who fail to enter an email address and then forget their password will need to come to the technology office to have their passwords reset. We will not do this until they have provided an email address to enter in Student Access.

Teachers should encourage their students to check Student Access regularly to stay up to date on their grades and assignments.

Communication between teachers and students should be enhanced as it is very easy for the teacher to send an email or message to all his/her students, one class or even just one student from within Educator Access.

Weekly progress reports will no longer be printed for the students as they can check their grades at any time through Student Access.

Students without computers or internet access at home will be able to do this in the media center. Students who need to print out Student Access reports showing grades or assignments will not be charged for the printing.

If you need further information or help please either come by the Technology Office in the Media Center or email me.   gary_bungart@scps.k12.fl.us
