Parking Passes are SOLD OUT!

Parking Pass Pickup

Parking Pass Pickup for both seniors and juniors will be on Thursday, August 3rd. See below for your pickup time. You MUST show up during your pick up time window and have a photo ID. You will be turned away if you come outside your designated time. There will be a makeup time/date announced AFTER this date. Pickup will end at 2:00pm. Anyone arriving after 1:50pm will be turned away.

This page will serve as a one stop shop for all parking pass information for the 2023-2024 school year.

Step 1 – Parents, please make sure you have a My School Bucks account AND the account is linked to your Hagerty High School student. Students may also create their own account. *Please note – SCPS cannot offer support with My School Bucks as it is a 3rd party company.

THIS IS THE METHOD PARKING PASSES WILL BE PAID FOR.

Step 2 – Download the 2023-2024 Parking Pass Application and complete it. Please follow the instructions completely. Be sure to include the required documentation. You will be required to upload the application and ALL OTHER required documentation in ONE file.

Step 3 – Ensure your student is added to the appropriate Class Level eCampus Page. Information will be shared via this page regarding parking pass sales/updates/and payment links during the sales windows. Please email Mr Maitland at [email protected] if your CURRENT Hagerty High School student is NOT on their respective class’s eCampus page.

*Please note Transfer and Open Enrollment students may not be able to be added to these pages. Those students will NOT become active until the 2023-2024 School year begins. Continue to check this webpage for updates regarding parking pass sales. Transfer and Open Enrollment students ARE NOT guaranteed parking passes.

Step 4 – Access the Parking Pass Application Google Form. Fill out the required fields and upload the parking pass application. BE SURE the application is COMPLETE and includes the required documentation.
